All deliveries are made on a next working day basis to UK Mainland when placed before 4.15 pm. Any order placed after 4.15 pm will be despatched from our premises the following day for next day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday after 4.15 pm will be despatched from our premises the following Monday for next day delivery.
Please note that Victory Design Ltd will be closed for all public holidays affecting England.
Orders delivered to UK Mainland addresses will be charged at £7.99 delivery on orders under £100.
Orders over £100 will be delivered FREE to UK Mainland addresses. Overseas deliveries will usually be made within 2 – 3 days at a charge of £25.00, this amount is subject to change due to weight issues. We will give you a quote if you contact us.
If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on back order. An email will be sent to you to notify you of the back order and Victory Design Ltd will then issue you with an expected delivery date. All other items on the same order will be sent as usual on the next day delivery. If the customer is not in to accept delivery of an order, the courier will leave a card to say that they have been to the address. This card will give the customer further instructions.
Returns
If a delivery has been made and the goods are damaged, the customer is required to notify Victory Design Ltd within 7 days.
If a return is made due to the customer no longer requiring the goods, a restocking charge may be applicable.
